We at NbaFire (“NBA Mobile App”, “the app”, “we”) respect your privacy. This policy describes how we handle your information when you use our app.

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect any data from you. Nothing you do in the app is sent to our servers or used to identify you.

Optional data such as theme choice (light/dark mode) and recent searches may be stored only on your device so the app can work the way you prefer. We never receive this data. When the app fetches match and player statistics, those requests do not include your identity, email, phone, or device ID.

Server-side logs. Our backend may automatically log technical information about requests (for example, request path, timestamp, response status, and in some cases IP address or similar technical data) for operation, security, and troubleshooting. These logs do not contain your name, email, account details, or other identifiers. We do not use them to identify you.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not use any of your data for marketing or to identify you. The app uses device-only settings only to personalize your experience on that device. Any server-side logs are used only for operation, security, and fixing technical issues.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone. Server logs are used only by us for operation and security and are not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Any preferences or search history exist only on your device; we do not store them.
  • Uninstalling the app removes that local data from your device.
  • When the app talks to our services (e.g. for match data), it uses secure connections (HTTPS).
  • Server logs are retained only as long as needed for operation and security; they do not contain your identity.

5. Your Rights

  • Reset theme/settings: Use “Reset settings” in the in-app Settings screen.
  • Clear search history: Use the option in the app to clear search history.
  • Full removal: Uninstall the app to remove all local data.

6. Children and Age

We do not collect data from any user, regardless of age. There is no special category for children because we do not collect data at all. The app provides predictions for NBA games—users get forecasts for actual matches. You cannot place bets or gamble through the app; it does not offer or facilitate real-money betting.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Changes are effective when this page is published.
