Delete Your HoopBreaker Account

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This page explains how to delete your HoopBreaker account (app by Linebreaker) and what happens to your data. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by email if you can no longer open the app.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the HoopBreaker app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Read the message and tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted as soon as the request completes, and you are signed out of the app. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app (for example, you uninstalled it or lost your device), send a request from the email address linked to your account:

  • Email: linebreakerapp@gmail.com
  • Subject: HoopBreaker account deletion request
  • Include: the email address of your account and the sign-in method you used (Google or Apple).

We will verify the request and delete the account. We aim to complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account (the Firebase Authentication record that links your Google or Apple sign-in to the app).
  • Your HoopBreaker profile on our servers: name, email address, user ID and your subscription access status.

What may be kept

  • Purchase and subscription records held by Google Play, the Apple App Store and RevenueCat (our subscription provider). They are managed under their own policies and retention rules. Deleting your HoopBreaker account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings.
  • Technical server logs (for example request time and status) that do not identify you by name or email may be kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
